Price and renewal
Text My Menu is $99 per site per month unless a different price is clearly shown at checkout. There is currently no setup fee. The subscription renews automatically each month using the payment method stored securely with Stripe.
Cancellation
You may cancel anytime through the Stripe billing portal in your owner workspace or by emailing support@textmymenu.com. Cancellation prevents the next renewal. The site remains available through the end of the paid period unless it must be suspended for security, abuse, or a payment dispute.
Refunds and billing problems
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable after a billing period begins, except where required by law. If you see a duplicate charge, an incorrect amount, or a service problem, contact us within seven days. We will review it promptly and correct confirmed billing errors.
Failed payments
Stripe may retry a failed renewal. A site may be paused while payment is unresolved and restored after successful payment. Contact support if you need help updating a payment method or retrieving an invoice.
