Information we collect

We collect the account, business, menu, contact, billing-reference, message, and site content needed to build and operate your website. We also receive basic security and usage information such as request timestamps, IP-derived rate-limit data, and delivery events.

How we use it

• Provide, secure, support, and improve Text My Menu.
• Authenticate owners and process requested site changes.
• Process subscriptions and respond to billing or support requests.
• Prevent abuse and meet legal obligations.

Service providers

We use service providers for hosting, databases, payments, email, text messaging, file storage, and AI-assisted update parsing. They receive only the information needed to perform those services and handle it under their own security and privacy commitments.

Mobile information

We do not sell mobile numbers or share text-message opt-in information with third parties for their own marketing. Mobile information is shared only with providers that deliver and secure the requested messaging service, or when required by law. Reply STOP to stop transactional text replies.

Retention and security

We retain information while an account is active and as reasonably needed for security, support, payment records, disputes, and legal compliance. We use access controls, signed webhooks, scoped service credentials, and encrypted transport, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct, or delete account information, subject to records we must retain. Email support@textmymenu.com. You may also use the owner workspace to update site information and Stripe’s portal to manage billing details.
