Using Text My Menu
Text My Menu provides hosted websites and update tools for food businesses. You must provide accurate account information, be authorized to act for the business, and keep your sign-in links and connected accounts secure.
Your content
You keep ownership of menus, photos, logos, and other material you provide. You give us permission to host, resize, format, and display that material as needed to provide the service. You are responsible for having the rights to use it and for keeping prices, allergens, hours, and location information accurate.
Subscriptions
Paid sites renew monthly at the price shown before checkout. There is currently no setup fee. You may cancel through the billing portal or by emailing support. Cancellation stops future renewals and normally takes effect at the end of the paid billing period. Our Billing Policy provides additional details.
Text and email updates
Update messages are processed automatically and may occasionally require clarification. You are responsible for reviewing important changes. Carrier message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop transactional text replies and HELP for assistance.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, infringing, or harmful content; to impersonate another business; or to probe, disrupt, or bypass service security. We may suspend a site when reasonably necessary to prevent harm, address nonpayment, or comply with law.
Service availability
We work to keep sites and update channels available, but internet and third-party services sometimes fail. The service is provided as available, without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation. To the extent permitted by law, Text My Menu is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the service changes. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date. Questions may be sent to support@textmymenu.com.
